Thanks for visiting the Urban Rehabber Program web site. I am Philip Elmes. You will find this site is all about real estate investing. My job is to give you the tools and know-how you need for successful investing.

You and I both know we are now in the most amazing real estate market in years. Fortunes are being made.

The real problem is: Where to find honest, hands-on coaching and real estate courses we all need to succeed – right now! – as a new Real Estate Investor?

Coming up in the real estate business I never found anyone who would "show me the ropes". Especially when it comes to today's real estate investing. Selling? Sure, but what about buying, fixing (rehab.) and selling?

That's where the money is, not in being merely the broker or salesman on the deal.

I had to do it the Hard Way. Deal at a time. And sometimes it got expensive. And, no, there weren't any real estate courses for what I wanted to do–Investing and rehab. It took awhile but, in time, I "got it".

When it comes to real estate investing, Check Your Sources!
If you've read this far, then I'm sure you agree that real estate investing is a realistic method of creating wealth. One of the many obstacles that gets in the way of potential investors is figuring out who to look to for solid information.
If you want to get your piece of the booming distressed property market, it's very important where or who you take your cues from. When it comes to getting your advice from brokers – real estate or mortgages – consider the source... (And ask if they are investing!)
I’d been buying apartment buildings and ran out of cash. Now I am going to use the strategy of buying and rehabbing single family homes so I can get lots more cash, to buy more buildings and really increase my cash flow.
I have a full plan on getting out of the rat-race. Out of all the real estate groups in Chicago, I keep coming back to this one (over 4 years now).
Phil actually has people doing real estate, not just talking about it. All the attendees who are doing well have been through the seminar – that is why I did it for myself. Now that I have, all my questions are answered.

A Word About Me– In addition to the testimonials you've read, here's a little info about my background– Neighborhood Development Partners (NDP) was founded in mid-2000 as a family-owned real estate business specializing in buying, improving and reselling distressed single family homes and smaller multifamily buildings. I am founder and CEO of NDP, and a licensed real estate broker for over 45 years (now retired).
Since the early '70s I've been actively involved as both a broker and developer of residential and commercial real estate. I am a graduate of Chicago's Roosevelt University (BA, MA, studying English and history), and have written and lectured on matters relating to real estate rehab, development and marketing.
As the "in-house real estate guy," I am the primary author and presenter of the Investor/Rehabber Seminar© and related Urban Rehabber™ real estate courses and workshops.
